chickpea and quinoa salad

​1 can chickpea (garbanzo)

1 cucumber 

1 red pepper 

1/2 red onion

1 avocado

Feta


Dressing 

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup lemon juice 

2 tsp honey/maple syrup

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Dijon mustard 

Pepper 

Salt

Garlic
