Yee Sang

Shred:
1/4 pomelo
1/2 cabbage
2 carrots
1 cucumber
1 Asian pear
1/2 sweet potato
Sashimi fish
1 beetroot shredded and deep fried until crispy
1/2 sweet potato shredded and deep fried until crispy
Deep fry 5 sheets Wonton skin cut into strips
2 tbs julienned pickled ginger 
Assemble on round plate
Sprinkle with 
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbs cinnamon 
1 tbs 5 spice
Sauce
1/4 cup dark Plum sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
Water to get right consistency
